Originally we where using the generic Microsoft HD audio driver (2019 version) with our built-in speakers to solve the Zoom audio and it was working great until the November Windows update started rolling out. In addition, we've had volume issues with Zoom (extremely low volume), where as other video conferencing solutions have been unaffected. Ever heard of if it isn't broken don'tįix it? well that's the stance you lot should be taking for audio drivers if you can't just do your patches properly in the first place. Reinstalled windows, tried reverting updates, installed and re-installed Realtek drivers, soundblaster drivers, discord and anything else I could think of to flip the issue with no success, at all, not even some headway. I spent 12 hrs trouble shooting this over the last couple of weeks and it has So not only did this wreck my setupįor basic on-board sound, it has now also seriously affected my gaming and use of discord even with an external card to avoid all this trash update breaking nonsense in the first staff I highly doubt any of you can give any useful tips judging from the extremely poor tech help I see you respond with on here but seriously guys this is depressing. Update around mid to late October was when my system started having issues, broke my Realtek audio drivers but it has also given me echoing and reverb issues on my SoundBlaster x3.
